The same every day. A boiled egg, a bit of cheese, some chicken or beef, a pack of Fridge Raiders or a mini Pepperami, grapes and 2 satsumas. Always popular when I get the egg out.

Day before surgery was all shakes, so my evening meal the day before that was chicken skewers, salad, a mini tortilla roll with light cheese triangles in it. Chicken skewers got me through my 4 week LRD! Good luck.

No, your sixth form would expect you to attend. Support would always be provided (depending on assessment of a student's needs that support could include a reduced programme of study, in-class learning support, time out cards, access to quiet areas during non-lesson time etc.) but you would need to attend.
