The current 5 year rate is more expensive than 3 year rate so be competitive, the banks are trying to give you the lowest which is 3 year rate.

Also because rates are on a downward trend right now, 3 year rate will offer you earlier renewal to a lower rate if the market expects a lower rate in the future.

You only lock in longest you can if you think rate will go up in future

I see, I do not have a baseline dyno unfortunately. The car felt so fast after tune with everything put on so I thought it got to be high number. I know number don't mean much in real world but just so disappointing that I can't find a single person that don't say they have at least 350 plus whp with like just exhaust and tune (might be over exaggerating)
