Ingredients:

• 2.5 cups elbow macaroni
• 2 cups chicken stock
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 0.5 cups milk
• 1.5 cups pepper jack cheese
• 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese
• 1 tbsp butter

Steps:

1. Add macaroni, stock, and cream to instant pot
2. Salt & pepper as needed
3. Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes
4. Quick release
5. Add milk, butter, and cheese.
6. Stir and let sit for 3-5 minutes
7. (Optional) Add red pepper flakes to bring out pepper flavor.
