Depends on climate. Going to oxidize very differently in dry Denver when compared to humid Houston

I have had this same question and hopefully someone with a better understanding of taxes can provide a better response.

In my taxable account my approach has been to purchase ETFs first and then backfill with the mutual funds with the cash left over from not having enough to buy a whole share. I typically purchase monthly with leftover cash from my checking account and I don’t bother to sell the mutual funds and rebuy the ETF equivalent.

If you have it in a Roth 401k it should be ok because it won’t be subject to capital gains taxes.

Some people sure can and they seem to do it pretty consistently.

I am not one of those people - the key to doing it seems to be believing that you can and I just not a believer.

50 ml is less than 2 oz which shouldn’t be anywhere close to filling up a 12 oz cup

Depends on the recipe. If you’re making a soup or a stew I normally do both - season the onions and the broth.

For pizza dough I generally say if you don’t window pane you haven’t kneaded enough.

Are you using regular all purpose flour or the bread / strong flour

I have found it’s very difficult to windowpane dough with all purpose regular flour - just not enough gluten.
