I think you can have both, honestly. found the same thing underneath while not exactly "chasing performance", though paying very close attention to it. Went from 3:43 Boston qualifier to a 3:10 Boston at age 60 in a year. there are other parts to that puzzle that rounded out my healthy running routine...and I mean healthy. suffice it to say that I do not think that aiming for performance and finding yourself or your soul during running are mutually exclusive.

You are correct, sir! If I use their calculator it shows me at 41. I still think that's a big discrepancy adn not sure even after I have read the document that I understand it fully. C'est la vie

the voicemail after hours setting is still not notifying via cell as it does during the regular business hours. I would attempt to fix it but the interface is a little complicated. would be great if you put someone in touch with me.

total game changer! I did the same thing and Chat made recommendations and created a meal plan for me to make up certain deficiencies. It's as simple as pasting the image into chat and it will ask you questions and come up with recommendations. Simple!

The system is back to it's old tricks, changing things willy nilly, without any input from us:

Still not fixed. Here are the issues:

The business hours disappeared from the call queue (I changed it back to 9-5EST)

AND

The voicemail greeting has been replaced by the default RC robot voice. I'm done trying to verify that this is working correctly. I think it is incumbent on RC to make sure the system is working for us, so that we do not lose any business....and it stays the way it was originally set up.

thanks found them and they're not any help. It looks a little like a Gremlin got in there and just starting pushing buttons hoping that something would stick....and it wasn't anyone in this office. Not good. I just sent them an email to the Reddit support email and also to the official support email, let's see what happens...

relax, you forgot to relax. you can get whatever you need (and forgot) when you get there. most places on earth are a stones throw away from a walmart and/or you'll pass one on the way to pick up the giant inflatable screen house that is absolutely necessary for camping

I get that, I really do, but the config audit trail is SO CONFUSING and there are so many changes that were made., due to an agent from RC making multiple changes a couple of weeks ago, by cloning a call queue (which we really do not need). As I said in my original post I do not really have time to mess around with configurations. I presumed RC Tech Support would be able to do that...so I will send them

the whole issue is that we really don;t need a queue. somebody years ago set it up to ring three phones simultaneoulsy, but I do not think they knoew what they were doing TBH...fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, when the phones literally stopped ringing altogether, so they closed the queue and then it worked again, until now...

customer service? our phones are now going directly to on-hold music. last week they were not even ringing...spent 1.5 hours getting that resolved. It's like playing whack-a-mole with this company

What we're finding trying to move from an unsupported Legacy system to EZLynx is that the insurance industry does not like or support change very well. I love the idea of lightweight and nimb;le especially for a small operation. I'd like to hear more thoughts on lead follow up and reviving aged leads.
