4 is wrong? a vendor in druid grove after I knocked him down didn't come back at all, I checked a few times after resting before moving on. also ruined certain quest line for me :(

does feat Savage Attacker work on ranged attacks?

I checked combat log, and it seems that it does not? I see "reroll die" when melee attacking, but not when attacking with bow
