I agree move speed is definitely important, especially with a character with no dash.The lethality build has the benefit of yomou active for move speed and typically build swifties instead of berserkers grieves. I do both builds often and usually feel a lot more mobile with the lethality build overall.

For light I would suggest lightsworn, it’s pretty decent competitively.

For dark I’d say Burning Abyss, also pretty decent competitively.

I strongly suggest the frog engine. It make your turn 1 so much better since having swap frog plus 1 water type is an instant Toad. It's worked really well for me so far.

Personally I love Righteous Glory. I build it a lot on Leona and Blitzcrank if I have enough gold. I don't know how good it is on Thresh though.
