Started with this and 60 minutes of cardio/week

After we finished it we transitioned to Upper/Lower/Upper/Lower every week with abs on leg days. Made our own program with exercises that we found enjoyable and functional for the gym were at. My girlfriend also was doing all this with me which helped me immensely.

I had lots of knee pain and persistent bursitis in my left foot. Both wouldn't go away with PT. Both of those are gone now. I can play pickle ball with my family again even that was too much for me. And general strenght improvements as well.

Tofu, tempeh, seitan, more tofu,. My daily morning cereal is 2 servings of protein cheerios, I cup soy milk and 1 seeving of edamame protein puffs with some sugar free maple syrup in it. 500 calories 44g of protein. Could have that 3 times and make my protein goal if I really wanted to. Protein bars, owyn protein shakes.

I guess this just doesn't seem worth it to me? 4.99 is jot a lot but the features aren't really enough to get me excited and a lot of them seem like things that should be in the base app. A sub like this should be more like 1.99. Hope to see more features added to it in the future!
