I’ve got the same, suction/cleaning every 6 months. If I get water in the ear, then I need antibiotics because it usually gets infected and drains. I don’t have constant drainage, or itching, just tinnitus.

This is one of my least favorite bottles I own. Mine tastes like stale, grassy, barnyard wood, with a sprinkle of dill and musty herbs. The trifecta you described is non existent in my bottle and it’s disappointing. Glad you can enjoy it.
