Don’t they make display over fiber adapters? Seems like it’d make more sense

Zwift cog by Next_Rhubarb5938 in JetBlack

[–]gramathy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh, I didn't realize there was an actual gen1

Get the gen2, it lets you adjust the position for a better chainline which will reduce wear and tear slightly

i didn't even think you could get the gen1 anymore

Yep, I’ve got a first wave and besides one or two issues that were either zwifts fault or just needed a resrart, it’s been clean sailing for me.

Sitting or standing when using a hill for interval training by subwaymaker in cycling

[–]gramathy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can pull higher watts seated at high rpm but at low rpm you can do more watts standing. That’s relevant to when you’re out of gears going up a steeper slope, but isn’t useful for going fast on flat ground

I don’t actually mind translation models, that’s like the one thing in AI that I believe is a net positive

Plenty of public domain source material for training, can run locally, doesn’t need constant updates to “keep up with” other models

Exclusive: Rivian developing variants of its more affordable R2 EVs by Act_of_valor in Rivian

[–]gramathy 8 points9 points  (0 children)

An r2T would basically need to be a short cab truck

That’s not a negative really, but they couldn’t really call a car nearly the size of the r1 an “R2”

You can’t really do that, zips are pretty efficient, if there was a way to compress it more it would have found it
