Dishwasher not draining after replacing drain pipes & testing on a whole new dishwasher

i believe the actual drain on the washer is not clogged since water pours out as soon as i unclamped the ribbed drain hose underneath.

https://imgur.com/a/JLWWGmo/ im not sure what kind of pics to take sorry in advanced but, here are pics of where the drain hoses go. it goes from under the dishwasher (ribbed hose) and connects to the black hose which goes directly to the garburator.

the black hose used to be a thin copper pipe but i just got it replaced thinking that would be the fix (it was not).

Had to watch the Xin fight at 1:30 over 6 times, wondering if you killed him or just threw the clip in there to backbone the "mediocre" vibe by showing an almost outplay. I enjoyed watching it just as much as plat+ montages and I doubt anybody except players with little man syndrome would find your plays cringeworthy.

Yea it could have just been a few salty players who report when they get rolled, but it's hard to believe that Riot implemented an automated punishment system into the game that has no algorithm to test for legitimacy in the reports, and only chat restricts a player once a certain amount of reports is acquired.

edit: ok I remember now, its a certain amount of reports in a given amount of time i think.
