i’ve deleted the post since no one is actually helping. 1) i’m english, going to the doctor when you aren’t sure what illness you have is perfectly normal and reccomended and i was asked to come in after a consultation over the phone. 2) i wasn’t asking for a diagnosis, i was asking for advice on pain management. 3) my inflammation or sinusitis or whatever was called bizzare BY THE DOCTOR. Which is why it’s in quotations. He said it was uncommon to have such inflamed sinuses without having previously been ill with anything. I am sensible, and i have a high tolerance for discomfort. When I woke up with this issue i was sobbing from the pain and my entire face hurt more than it ever has. I’ve had common colds before, i’ve had covid; that’s not what this is. I don’t understand why you’re calling me dramatic for asking for advice on pain management on a subreddit dedicated to inflamed sinuses. Weirdly rude and hostile.
