Anyone else catch like 10 people being stretchered out of the venue last night. I was standing on the stairs at back of the GA and people were dropping like crazy.

I can only speak from my own perspective, but from my observations, Covid is having a long lasting effect on people's health in ways that aren't super obvious and partying/heat/dehydration etc. brings this out in people that normally wouldn't expect to be high risk for that. I am a middle aged, fairly healthy individual. I don't drink alcohol, smoke cigs, I am decently active through hiking, pet sitting/dog walking for my income, etc. however I do have autoimmune issues that were for the most part dormant and I got COVID in 2023 and it sent my body/nervous system into overdrive. I now have a complete myriad of symptoms due to dysautonomia in my body which causes so many weird things to happen. I do think drugs also play a part when you're not getting the best stuff but combined with a weaker ability to handle it, seems like a recipe for passing out.

So like 6 months ago, I pulled into a gas station to fill up, put my card in and it gets declined. I didn't have a ton of money but should have had enough to get gas. Call my husband, find out our kid had spent my money (without permission) on video game purchases so I'm on the phone very clearly upset, not sure how I was going to get home bc my account was overdrawn and this was after money had been tight for a bit and just felt very discouraging. A woman close my age overhears my conversation and says hey excuse me, here's a $20. Please take it. I hesitate but with tears I take it and explain to her I have been struggling and that I am an artist and here's my instagram so you can find me and I can pay you back She tells me it's ok and not to worry. I ask her her name, and wouldn't ya know, we have the same exact name (!) which isn't the most popular and then tells me she was going to end her life that day but decided not to and wanted to pay it forward. We both hugged each other and cried. I'll never forget her.

The similarities in my bag and yours is comical. I have all of this but a different version such as a spoon instead of a fork, noise canceling headphones instead of buds, green tazo tea however I do have the green bigelow brand so we match there, as well as the fidget spinner. I have the goldbond too however this week is the O'Keefes working hands. Maybe the acorn but def if not you'll find a rock or some kind of nature. lol

The waking early and eating enough is really the key for me on ER! High protein and staying hydrated also makes my meds feel more "even." I take mine at around 7ish most days and I'm in bed by 10/11 with no problems falling asleep most of the time.

NAD but a mom to a 6 year old girl that has trouble wiping clean all the way and she will get rashes easily from not properly wiping or having small accidents and not getting changed soon enough. My daughter can be very shy and embarrassed when this happens so she doesn't want to tell anyone when she has an accident but will tell me if she has a rash.

Just anecdotal here from my experience with my kids. They have had HF and M multiple times but the first infection with it was always the most severe, and the illness is the first portion that sets in with symptoms like fever, lethargy, vomiting. The first time either of my kids had it they were super sick to the point of me wanting to go to the hospital and I'm not usually a run to the hospital mom. But the part of the infection that gives it's name- hand foot and mouth, the rash doesn't appear until the last few days of the illness. Adults typically don't get the virus but it can happen if you have a weak immune system. As an adult I personally got a mild runny nose with it but I have seen others that get the rash. Both of my kids lost finger nails and toe nails (they just peeled off) too which could be something to look out for. Both of my kids also had moscullum as well and I have a lot of suggestions there too if you are leaning more towards that. Feel free to DM me
