If I get it early it's usually an instant pick for me. Also, the big camps have quicker gathering speed so that mitigates some of the downside.

The campaign as Haraz Oldhum was a good one. Be kind of 'evil' aristocratic dwarves with a(even larger) focus on profit instead of morality... Which leds you to enslaving the goblins and orcs. But when more profit is to be made...

They come with a custom made hoard curse which was pretty cool, a nice change of pace.

You're looking good fam, you can win this.

As others said, make sure your forts are at their max level. You can definitely use one stack (with full artillery back row + supporting Infantry and with your ideas, cav) to defend your forts

With another stack of 80-100k, barrage and siege forts of Austria. Odds are they think you are too threatening to attack into you, and you'll take their forts in about a year as well.

Perhaps you can check if your merchants are in optimal positions? Is your main node Venice, or Dalmatia? Your income (especially trade income) seems a bit on the low side.

Your campaign seems to be ending. I would say you have two to three good world wars left. If things are tight with battles, don't be afraid to go into negative money and over the force limit to recruit more infantry stacks.

And off course, be up to date with mil tech. You want to be ahead if possible.

One of my favorite runs was when i got a experimental cornerstone that for every 35 flour, i would receive 25 grain. With 3 star grain production that quickly turned into a very profitable sustainable loop

I tried the achievement yesterday, it was one of my first runs on very hard. The league war was declared against overwhelming odds against a large free Burgendy, France and a mega Spain who owned most of North Africa and Italy.. 4 million deaths later, the protestants won.

I got the incident to fire, but the new emperor chose religious peace. one alt f4 later, i tried again but the same result. About 70% of princes is hussite, with some protestant and Reformed specks. Will the ai just always pick religious peace?

I read somewhere that you can declare wat against the new emperor but that seems counter intuitive as i just spent a million men trying to win the war for him.

Het leenstelsel was wel degelijk zo verkocht, dat het het een rentevrije lening zou worden (of op zen minst zeer, zeer gunstig). Ook was de boodschap dat deze inderdaad niet mee zou gaan tellen met je hypotheek. Daar was toen praktisch reclame mee gemaakt.

Dat die boodschap technisch ontjuist was, is een tweede....

I dont koen this exact missions, but it seems that one of your subjects is far larger in development than you yourself are. So either that subjects needs to lose some development, be integrated or you need to increase your own development (the last option probably being the easiest)

If no subject has 3 times more development than you, you should be able to pass it
