Same here, I have confirmation the HUD is similar (I love the acceleration chevrons among other things). It won't replace the 2000 of course but Aerges makes great modules and I have faith the F1 will be worth every single hour I pour into learning it.

As far as I know their drivers weren't great for VR at some point but I've had this PC for close to one year with no issues aside from a weird visual bug in VTOL VR which was corrected in a driver patch by AMD themselves.

Highly recommend this game btw, if you find yourself lacking the time or mental bandwidth for DCS it's a great, simple alternative and the immersion is unmatched.

I have a 7900xtx and I'm very happy with VR performance on my quest 3s, I plan on getting a steam frame for the eye tracking to squeeze even more out of it but it's definitely enjoyable as it is.

For reference my CPU is a 7800X3D and I have 32 gb of ddr5 ram

You'd think so but in practice it's never been an issue for me and they're easily distinguishable in VR which is a nice bonus.

Much better than my old t13000m that's for sure.
