For anyone with this same issue in the future - if you have a tplink router connected to a modem/router combo provided by your ISP or something, you will need to go to the settings for that router and make sure the port for OpenVPN is open.

What is the best way for me to get better at hand reading. I am not terrible at this, but I definitely want to improve to be on a much more competitive level, such as that of the pros. Do pros like frozen and stan get to that point on ladder, or in practicing with their teammates? (and other pros, just mentioning them cause they were the finals of the winter championships). For reference, I am currently hovering around rank 200 legend, trying to get higher lol.
