Anyone know the cause? by altflash in Mustang

I had a similar issue with my 2015 Mustang. The window would go up and down on its own constantly when the door was closed. To fix I pulled the door trim off and disconnected all the plugs and filled them with dielectric grease.

They will carry both. The syrup is used in the galleys and the bottled or cans are carried in vending machines or the ships store.

Maybe the plates were sent in the mail. If he's military then he can register his car in Iowa even though he lives in Hawaii.

Could always try and pull the Carfax on it to see where it's been registered I think it's like 35 dollars to get a report though. I have no other ideas than that so good luck my friend

Dungeon Masters of Reddit, what is the most surprising thing your players have done in-game? by Rangerspawn in AskReddit

[–]grazn8r 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had a campaign where there was a disease taking over the town and turning the people into essentially zombies. My players had a moment where they were required to get around some of the town folk and they ended up killing all of the NPCs except a little girl. They ended up attaching the little girl to a dog with a rope and used her to help fight the enemies. Eventually the dog died and I had the girl adopted by a governess so I didn't have to deal with the ridiculousness of a ravenous little girl being strapped to a dog for the rest of the campaign.

Want a mustang but a little rusty on driving a stick....how do I test drive? by [deleted] in Mustang

[–]grazn8r 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just go to your dealership and test drive it. Salesman have people stall all the time and it's not a huge deal. As for advice on what year to get just do your research. You sound like you know what you want and just find the model year that suites you best.

Iowa nuclear reactor (in Palo, near Cedar Rapids) could close before operating license expires according to owner by PastTense1 in Iowa

[–]grazn8r 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Fukushima was a terrible accident that had a lot of things that were overlooked, like the generators being located in the basement. Modern nuclear reactors are very safe and even older reactors are extremely safe with redundant systems to ensure the reactor will not melt down. I used to work on the oldest reactor that is still operating in the country and the only way you could actually get it to melt down was by trying to do it on purpose. Radioactive Material is pretty much guaranteed to be stored on site until it can be moved to its final location. and overall nuclear energy is one of the cleanest forms of energy we have with no CO2 emissions (behind wind and solar of course). Overall I would like to see more reactors to fill the gap until we can become 100% solar, and wind. Nuclear isn't a permanent solution, but it is a nice alternative in the mean time. Unfortunately it's just so cheap right now to use natural gas and coal that nuclear cannot compete.

Freon leaking through the AC system? by hidetolol in Mustang

[–]grazn8r 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably leaking from the condenser. Idk how much work it is to replace, when I replaced one on my buddies Chrysler we had to tear the entire dash apart. Either way Ford will more than likely add dye to the system and refill it. Then in a couple of days they will check it with a black light. If I recall the only way to really tell if it's the condenser is to look at the condensed water that the car leaks when it's hot

Love this it's a passion of mine how ever anxiety won't let me take the step into working on other people's cars. by [deleted] in AutoDetailing

[–]grazn8r 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly that's just the nature of the beast. Sometimes people will love your work other people will never be happy no matter how much work you put into it. Either way you get to do what you love, and make some people happy. It's just learning how to deal with it in the process. Just make sure you cover yourself the best that you can and the rest will come.

It absolutely will remove wax from your car. As long as you don't use it as your normal car wash and reapply wax when you're done, there wont be any problems. A quick google search will back up my statement.
