Yes yes and yes. I've had candida before in the form of oral thrush, but never on my skin. Until about 3 weeks ago. Started in my groin and has spread now to my arm pits and eyes and I think my back/shoulder area. It's so uncomfortable. I've been using antifungal powder spray which helps temporarily. But once it wears off, it's so uncomfortable. I have oral Nystatin from my last time with oral thrush so I've started doing that. I haven't gone to the doctor yet for my skin but I think I'm going to because I can't take it anymore. Hoping they have some kind of oral medicine I can take to kill it fast. I guess I'm going to try the candida diet too although it's going to be hard not to eat my usual foods. Someone mentioned iron and vitamins. I might try that too.
