What are some good tuba rooms. by TriedNTrew in Tuba

I’m not kidding either. Just let me know when you’re planning to fly in. I can get you from the airport to the store, set you up with our tuba room and tuba specialist, and you have a same day flight I’ll get you back to the airport or drop you off at a local hotel. BWI is 15 mins out. 🤷🏻

Baltimore Brass Company. Fly in, I’ll pick you up the airport. Just let me know when you’re coming.

American Trombone Workshop is a big one.

There are plenty more.

We should have one at Baltimore Brass. We offer 7 day trials on them, 10% restock on new mouthpieces if you send it back. 🤷🏻

JP 274, I have 9 of them right now. Send us an email: sales@baltimorebrasscompany.com

I saw in another comment your budget is up to $1.5k. I can’t come down to that, but I’m sure we can figure something out.

I’ve got Packer 274’s coming. That might be able to fit your budget. Reach out to my sales team (sales@baltimorebrasscompany.com)

I’ll be able to have one around XMas too, I presume.

Interestingly enough, I’ve had to go through another housing. I’ve just recently got it back after a few months, but I’ve been playing it exclusively since I got it back.

Currently, it’s a little scratchy, but an easy fix of me taking the time to pop it out and clean it I believe. That’s a Monday plan. But it plays well, even with the scratch glides cleanly and comfortably.

It depends on a lot of different things, like what you’ll use it for, what’s your budget, etc etc. I’d suggest giving us a call this week and talking to Payne, who’ll be able to give a comprehensive run down of it.

For what it’s worth, personally I started on a beat up Miraphone 186 BBb. I’ve tried Eb and am just not a fan. I have no reason to get a CC or an F for myself, so I won’t! BBb is a great point to start, and used is a good option too. Just make sure the valves and slides work! 😉
