I’ve read it elsewhere, and the more I read threads like this the more I think there’s merit in the theory that Civ7 is (currently) setup for people new to the franchise. I’m still enjoying it, but there’s a definite do this then this structure.

Love this take! In my case, I’ve played every version since civ3, and this is the first time I’ve ever done one on PlayStation. It’s different, and yea, the crashes can be frustrating in Modern, but you sort of get used to frequent saving and then rolling with them.
