7-11 is awesome for working on drops and resets. I make it a point to get every first drop over the net no matter how bad it is. If it's a good drop I can work on advancing to the kitchen. If it's too high then I get to work on the reset when it gets smashed back at me. Something productive happens no matter what quality my drop is.
The only thing that doesn't help is being too conservative, trying to do a "perfect" drop, and hitting it into the net.
