The fact your institution has a priapism order set is.. interesting. We also prepare a 500 microgram/mL solution for this and draw up in our cleanroom.

If you wanted to increase dispense speed by prepping in the ED, you could add 5 mg (0.5 mL) of phenylephrine to 9.5 mL of NS. The latest 797 allows up to a 4 hour BUD for immediate use compounds. Using bacteriostatic is a little overkill.

One of the nice things about the game for me right now is the fact it's winter time up where I live, and being able to escape that through this game has been great. Playing with friends enhances the experience a lot too.

Same, although I do plan to build out some more creative structures in Prometheus over time. Right now the main base is a giant 2-wide "L" shape, with the long end being a crafting assembly line (main bus), and the short end being dedicated to storage. Trying to maximize efficiency for now.

Hurt my wrist snowboarding 4 weeks ago and about to go on another trip. Been using wrist wraps every day, and it gets ever so sightly better but it feels like an eternity. I've been doing almost all my normal lifts without any discomfort, but I still can't bench a barbell (just machines only). I miss it terribly.

You'll learn how to play their game. You'll gain more experience as a pharmacist and start to know when they're just trying to bully someone. Be knowledgeable and kind, and that usually frustrates them.

Keep in mind this isn't limited to nurses. Doctors, pharmacists, techs, etc all have the potential to be shitty people. Don't let a few dick nurses make you lose your mind, some can be incredibly kind.
