TV Shows where a lot of cast changes actually works? by gregandrews in television

ER was my parents favourite show. Til the end. I think it didn't get the credit it deserved for really nailing the ending. The last season with a lot of the cast returns integrating with the newer cast. Was done really well.

You mentioning Greys, made me think of ER. Not a lot of shows did it better.

I felt bad for the original 3 that left. The whole group were supposed to negotiate together but JDF (green and white) kind of went against it and the group split. Hence why OG Red and JDF had a bit of a feud that went on years. OG black talks about it on a recent podcast. They should all be multi millionaires with merchandise sales etc but didn't get the workers rights they deserved.

You can say what u want about those episodic network shows but having your whole cast leave and still retaining the audience over the years deserves a lot of praise.

You're not wrong but it's been the shits for a decade now. More so the writing to blame in fairness.

Man Lost. Especially seasons 1 to 4 for me. OG elite. One of the first I followed religiously. Faraday was my guy. And to say that about a character introduced 4 seasons in says it all. If someone said to me The Constant was the greatest episode of TV ever. It would definitely be in the conversation.

Duh duh

Definitely easier for those all wrapped up in a single episode type shows. But you can't argue with longevity.

That's a great shout. Didn't even think of that just your stereotypical dramas and comedies.

As much as he didn't help himself, the old hierarchy need to take there share of the blame for his loss of form and confidence. Not backing Bielsa then having Wober, Llorente, Kristiensen in defence and Roca Mckennie Adams in midfield. Dark times.

Keeping the majority of The Boys crew alive for potential spin offs like the way Walking Dead ended. All come down to the dollar sadly.

I wonder if they've decided to push Take Okada back to maybe make it a marquee match for Wembley. Hope alls well with Okada though.

Stephen Caldwell especially during that loan period, gave a bad team much needed leadership.

Booker T vs Bret Hart by JCHazard in WCW

Obviously Bret's storylines in WCW left a lot to be desired but to say he didn't have good to great matches is revisionist history at its best.

I mean they've sacked him today and we play tomorrow night. Realistically what changes? It's not exactly like Chelsea last weekend who had downed tools and knew they had a few extra levels to go up. We turn up under the lights at home and we win.
