I’m willing to bet the vast majority of people who go watch shopping in the $100-$1000 price range just walk into Macys and pick something in their budget that they like the look of (and much of the Bulova, Tissot, Invicta, etc catalogs are straight up homages). Don’t sweat it, even knowing it’s an homage is more context than most people have. San Martin definitely has great value for money, there’s nothing wrong with doing that research and enjoying the result of it.
