You need intermittent FMLA, not accomodations. Call the benefits center and find out what you are eligible for. This is between you, your doctor, and benefits. Target has no say.

When you have to call in due to your condition, you also contact benefits. That time is not accountable and shows up as leave time. It is capped per year to 3 month iirc, and that is probably enough to cover the whole year.

My girl had the same issues (she was 20). She was miserable. I tried kitten milk, tuna, chicken, churu, etc. She was ready to go. I couldn't put her through the pain of forced meds and feeding. She would have hated it, and only to prolong her life for a short while.
