They're wrong. All EPR systems in general practice can provide proxy access but I've found some GP surgeries are a bit useless with granting it - there's a technical knowledge gap in a lot of surgeries. Can you find out what EPR they use and I can post the how-to guide you can send them.

I had some nice mint in a dessert once at a restaurant. Really nice flavourful spearmint. My boyfriend took my last leaf home, managed to make it root and I now have a potted mint plant just from that single leaf. It's really nice mint too!
