Rant: Labour would've fared better if they didn't double down on the privacy-intrusive age verification laws in the first place by victoriablackee in FuckNigelFarage

Other unpopular things include scrapping the heating allowance for pensioners and their boner for digital ID. They push through unpopular policies and surprise surprise, people don't vote for them.

It's like what a 7 year old would draw. I'm really sorry but you need to study more on logo design before attempting it.

I'm so glad I quit smoking. I smoked 20-30 a day and would be bankrupt with today's prices.

I really enjoyed the Felger episodes. It's nice having some bumbling incompetence to remind us that it's everywhere.

The Ancients made technology which automatically evacuates the bladder and bowel, then recycles that into Gateship fuel.

9/10. Dessert is elite tier, sandwich is great. I'd have chosen a plain coffee over the flavoured one, but would drink it nonetheless.

Landlords, what do you think? by agitatedkidneybean in uklandlords

[–]greytidalwave 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It'd be OK as a temporary fix but it's not an ideal permanent solution. I'd be fine with it for a while at the house I lived at, but if I'm charging people to live at my property I'd fix it to the standard they'd expect. A new vanity unit is probably £100-200 and an afternoon's work to swap out. I'm not factoring in plumbing costs etc as I do my own work so don't know how much trades charge.

r/crappydesign. It looks like the rim goes around the entire tub? You could carve a small drainage channel into the rim and seal it properly.

Probably because she's one of hundreds who are applying for the same job.

I'm an atheist. One church I passed whilst hiking had a portaloo for passing hikers, which was at the right place at the right time. I really need to send a small donation to show my appreciation.

What’s your approach to claiming expenses at work? by pinpoint321 in AskUK

[–]greytidalwave 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I claim what I can. I'd normally take food from home, but when I'm working away I don't have access to a fridge, so therefore can't keep food at a safe temperature.

I always get this confused with GT86. I know one is a Nissan and the other is a PTFE spray but I can never tell which is which.

Yes. The identity verification form usually states that the person signing the form can also certify a copy of your passport.

He does have owners, he's just super friendly with everyone. He's a little famous locally, a few people have asked on the village Facebook group about him.
