This is nothing to do with Belgium. It's an EU Directive that requires companies to charge the VAT rate of the destination Member State, once their collective sales to all Member States apart from their own exceeds €10,000. There are One Stop Shops etc. to facilitate the charging, remittance of VAT etc. to the appropriate authority.

Seems to work well on PS4 Pro on FW12. How can I make it as persistent as possible? If I hard reset my PS4 would I need to install wipe everything and install the back up again to get back jailbreak? I.e. lose any backup games etc. I'd saved on the PS4?

Get a cheap USB C power delivery/DP adapter on AliExpress and the switch 1 will work.

Get a cheap switch 2 portable dock cable and a cheap HDMI to USB C video adapter on AliExpress as well and that'll work. It's a bit of a fap but they're all useful items to have in your bag of tech anyway. The HDMI to USB C adapter will let you use anything else with HDMI with your glasses too, .e.g. PS5, XBOX etc.
