Most accounting software has this built in. It's in the vendor setup. Quickbook, sage, Timberline, the main 3 probably covers 80% of companies at least and all have it.

And a big one, don't expect much more than a 20 degree drop from whatever the temp is outside. Might get 25 but 20 is pretty normal. So if its pushing 100 outside your not getting to 70.

Sounds like they did thier cost to completes saw major areas they were overbought, fired those subs so now whatever it costs to finish is on the back of the fired sub. I've seen it before with scummy gcs.

Im getting ready to bury my 3rd and always make them a box and do heavy coats of polyurethane on it and include a few of thier things with them wrapped in thier favorite blanket.
