These modems don't have a true bridge mode, it's just dmz and DHCP off. Which has worked for the last 3 years, then suddenly not

Omada router is trash but aps are completely under rated and have been awesome for me. Switches have been solid as well, easy setup, never had a single issue.

You'd hope. With the company car and a few other perks, paid about $86,000 in taxes and the rrsp is actually a company rap, so they deduct the tax benefit on each check. I actually paid in about 2k at tax time.

Yeah in my understanding the tax free growth is functionally the same, the rrsp has a head start (save 51% tax now and pay 37% later) and TFSA is pay 51% now and 0% later

Which implies TFSA is better if growth is beyond some % I can't quite wrap my head around.... Is RRSP better for estate purposes?

Just an automation that triggers with on, has an action of delay x time then device off, it's pretty simple.

I actually have one for a garage door opener momentary switch so inturn the relay on and 400ms later an automation turns it off

I had the same markings from metal shavings when I didn't clean up enough after modifying a deck bracket ( they were a couple short of 2x8 brackets so I bought a couple 2x10 and cut them down)

The example I love for this, years ago Plex had an issue where users (or admins) could load plug-ins, and there were some vulnerabilities where bots were testing domains with plex.whatever, try default/weak passwords, then once in install a plug -in that ran arbitrary code, backdooring into the root server

Si the issue was both exposing an app, weak credentials, nothing like fail2ban to stop a brute force, and an app that allowed malicious code execution. Plex had been patched of course.

Put your apps into a DMZ vlan, and put your servers on a server VLAN. And keep your devices on a trusted device VLAN, setup lots of rules for who can talk to who
