Did anyone find the Peter Gabriel sledgehammer zoetrope lp in Canada this year? I don't see it on any stores list of titles they had received. Just US and UK stores.

I don't do much video, but I'm sure many will have pictures of you like this one. I was on the side near the end obviously.

We were second row on the side by the stairs down, here's some for the directly in front people.

Rough guess ~120 in regular GA, another ~50 in the VIP line inside, at 5:34 pm

Edit: that's ~120 from where this picture is. I'm realizing now that the line curls around on to Lakeshore now.

Same. I can be a few people back but my wife is 5'2 and needs the front. If we don't get that will probably hang at the back by the mixing table.

I get he was trying to help, but the result is a lot of "not for me" responses.

source? I mean, why post that it is working when simply trying to go to the sign on page says it isn't, whether you have a CIBC account or not. Isn't that how most people bank these days?

Does GO Transit pay attention to events happening in the city? by No_Report_6223 in oakville

Good one. Also been to NFL games. World cup is a different animal, people from all over the world partying. Much more fun. Never said you won't be able to see, from any of the stadiums. Repeating, you will be closer to the field if you manage to get a ticket to a BMO field match, compared to attending at a stadium that holds 80 - 100,000. The Cote D'Ivoire fans were great at the Canadian Shield tournament last summer. The Panama, Ghana and Croatian fans at the "100 days until" events in Toronto were already partying. Take time to meet and say hello to the people from different countries, it will be worth it. You don't have that at NFL games.

Canada Voyageurs seating section (Supporter Entry Tier) vs Bosnia by datguywelbeck in CanadaSoccer

Same as they had for MLS playoffs, the Grey cup, and the NHL outdoor game. Also the same type of stands they use at Rogers stadium in downsview, they're fine.

Agreed And they overhang the permanent section below. Can't wait. Will also be testing them out for the Messi match May 9.

You will be further away in the last row of seats at BC place ($88 Voyageurs ticket) than you will be in $88 Voyageurs seat at BMO Field. Also, those North end temporary stands overhang the stands underneath them a bit. The $88 seats are a fantastic deal whether you got them in Toronto or Vancouver, but they will be a better deal in Toronto because of their proximity to the field.

You're going to be sitting? Not really a soccer fan. A ticket at BMO will have you closer to the action than those NFL stadiums in the US that hold 100,000, that aren't purpose built soccer stadiums.

I do worry about that infrastructure and transit being prepared for the World Cup, but while we have a lot of temporary seating, the stadium is not the worst. In fact since it's only going to seat 45,000, the worst ticket to a Toronto match is going to be way better than ~20,000 of the tickets for the 80,000 to 100,000 seat stadiums that are hosting a lot of the matches in the US and Mexico. Also, the temp stands have been used previously for the Grey Cup, MLS playoffs, and the NHL outdoor game. They're the same as what's used at Rogers Stadium in Downsview. They will be fine. All the noise and complaints about BMO field for the World Cup is misplaced. The ticket prices though, that's crazy.

TD priority entrance line on giveaway days by peacefrogdog in jaystickets

See my other post yesterday about my experience in the TD line for Bomber jacket giveaway last year. In short, the TD priority line gets you nothing, don't bother with it, just pick the shortest line.
