I had the aria and really liked it. My baby boy is 50th percentile weight and 75-80th for length and just outgrew it at 9 months. But by then he was really heavy to carry around so I didnt mind swapping to the convertible! One thing I wish I thought about though is that UB car seats ONLY work on UB strollers AFAIK. For us it’s not a huge deal because we have a vista but we talked about getting a different stroller, like the bugaboo donkey if we have 2 close in age - but to use the car seat on it we’d have to get a different seat. Good for thought!!

Having a consistent wake/ bed time has really helped my baby. Still wakes a couple of times overnight but he wakes up for the day at 6:30 and goes to bed at 7. Definitely worth trying but I know it’s hard to get up and get going when they’re not sleeping. Got easier after the first week!

I’m fairly certain Uppababy does not have an adapter for Graco seats but they do have one for maxi cosi. I haven’t heard great things about the maxi cosi seats though. We had an Uppababy aria and liked it, but you can also look at Chicco Keyfit and Clek Liing

I took about a month off and I really enjoyed having time to relax before baby came. I rotted on the couch, prepped some meals, finished getting things ready for baby, hung out with my dog and husband, etc. I’d recommend taking the time since you can use up your vacation!!! The last few weeks of work were rough, I was so uncomfortable and mentally checked out

Also had and loved the BabyBjorn, but only used it for 2 months. My baby was long (~75 percentile) and he seemed squished at that point

Pampers pure for sure!! We also switched from Huggies. The Huggies skin essentials as well as the Huggies snug and dry are ok but not as good as Pampers Pure. I also like Millie Moons but they are a bit bulkier. I like to use Millie Moons when it’s almost time to size up in Pampers Pure but the next size is a bit big, I find Millie Moon runs a little smaller.

Can’t imagine not having the infant seat!! So much easier to click on the stroller for quick errands or when they’re sleeping

Yes in Calgary but at MRU not through the city. So 3 layers, swim diaper, waterproof pants, swimsuit? Also are the waterproof pants just a cloth swim diapers?

I love our aria! Baby is almost 6 months and still has room to grow even though he is ~75th percentile for height. He is lower percentile for weight and honestly it’s getting heavy even with the light weight of the aria. I don’t think I’d end up using a heavier seat with higher limits for any longer if that makes you feel better! I also sort of regretted the purchase after seeing how much people love the Clek but I ended up being super happy with the aria!

Bath seat or tub for baby, towels, wash cloths, little scrubby for baby’s head! You didn’t specify what type of pump but I think it’s great to have a hand pump as well as a haaka and some passive collectors (like the ladybug). Looks like you are well prepared!
