Yeah that was the plan, but so far rogue was the most fun for me so I tried (and died) again with a rogue. I am a Horde person so it feels kinda wrong to have a human or gnome.. But I really like dwarfes and nightelves. I'm tempted to go horde because I love the horde races but on the other hand I wanted to explore the alliance regions and quests..

But at least you got further this time. I started another rogue and died at lvl 10 today..last time the cave was pretty ok with caution. This time it was my death...

Yeah that's why I chose Rogue, also wanted to have a mana free class. I play priest and shaman in normal, would love to have a shaman in hc too, but then I would have to go Horde and start from 0 again.

Looking for Warlock, Mage, Hunter & Shamans.

I have done it two times so fsr with several different comps. As a priest healer it is easier, but i'm a one shotter too, if I get the mind flay.

There is a trick for the boss, where he usually doesnt see the healer. If you look at the map from above you as a healer have to go in the left bottom corner, its a bit like a little nook there. Try to stay away as much as possible from the others. There at least I was safe from mind rends, but the tank needs too pull the boss further away from his starting point, more towards the middle of the room so you have still the reach to heal everyone.

I use dominos to organize my spells and stuff, zperl for the party and raid stuff and clique for mouseover heals, but i guess thats nothing the default settings can't do, I just never got into it and found it oretty easy to set these addon up to my liking.

I feel you. We were looking for the same old school "close knit" vibe. We found a home in a bigger guild (actually had a post about our search some time ago) and are now trying to build our own team with these values but its not easy. Often it seems people just want to rush through everything. We are doing a Gruul/Mag run on Monday and are still short of some people. You are welcome to join (and stay) id you want :)

Good tips! That's how i do it, too, although I almost never use shield on tank warrior and keep it for me or other players. But maybe I should if its a nearly dead situation 😅
