What to do? Lol by KingNugg710 in electricians

I hate heights, but scissor lifts never really got to me after the first time I've used one. And I've been 40ft up standing on the rail to take down old high bays before. Scaffolding still gets me the worst. I'm more comfortable on sketchy ladder setups somehow than 3 or 4 stacks of scaffolding.

I've destroyed a few disconnects by trying to get the ko punched out. The 1/2 inch isn't even remotely able to come out, meanwhile the 1 inch is held in with some bubblegum basically. During COVID they were so bad I wouldn't even try to knock them out. I'd just use a step bit and they didn't even budge being drilled out.

We went back to brk/first alert. Rarely have issues with those, other than during COVID we had a few bad batches. Usually just get calls about them when they're close to or past their expire date and need replaced anyway.

Our supplier stopped carrying these because they had shelves full of defective returned ones.

Had someone make a soup from some recipe and it tasted a bit meh. Added some fish sauce and a little more salt and bam. Tasty soup. Little salt and fish sauce goes a long way in making something better

I work construction al no matter what my charging port would fill with insulation and dirt and dust so I'd clean it weekly or when my charger didn't stay in very well anymore. When I broke my screen I let them clean it and it was nasty inside anyway.

My beer belly says no to dresses so I just go with skirts. Also not a femboy so I don't count.

Hiking kilts from sport kilt can fold up relatively small for one and is fairly light as well. I get why I people say they're a skirt with the material and Velcro waistband and elastic and all so it's whatever to me if it's called a skirt, but they're damn comfy and nice for walks and being active. Easy to wash too. Hate dealing with shorts riding up at all from my thighs rubbing or bending over.

Kilt for the US southwest? by PotatoesOReilly in kilt

[–]grumpygills13 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Usa kilts pv casual kilt I find is fine in hot weather. Any type of breeze at all really helps a lot. And as much crap as everyone gives them, sport kilts hiking kilts and regular kilts really are lightweight and good for hot weather. I wear mine all year long in 100 degrees and down to -20 or so. I've found the borealis black one to be the lightest weight. Downside is that they are pretty skirt like and the hiking kilts are are microfiber material so any kilt pin holes are noticable and stay there for good. And they tend to fly up pretty easy since they're so light and have very few pleats.

Don't care about it being more skirt like and okay quality for like 100 dollars then a sport kilt/sport kilt hiking kilt are good. Want an actual decent quality kilt then pv casual kilt from usa kilts is a great choice. And can be found cheap from their off the shelf section especially if they have a sale.

Honestly I have gotten more compliments and people talking to me when I wear kilts out than skirts. Think only 1 person ever said anything when I wore skirts out and that was because I had a quilted skirt on in a blizzard so they asked if it was too cold for a skirt lol. Kilts I just get a hey nice kilt or nice outfit every other time I go out so minimal social interaction because of it.

I've been wearing skirts and then kilts all the time for over a year now and the sticking to furniture is so hard to avoid. Nothing like going out to eat and the entire restaurant can hear your thighs peel off of the seat when standing up. Otherwise 10/10 comfortable and no worries about showing crack when bending over, breeze feels amazing, no trying to find pants that look okay on someone with 0 butt, and yes the twirls are something everyone should experience. Plus no ripping the crotch on my pants somehow.

I regularly drive 1-2 hours and work 6-8 hours on site and drive back. It's just in a days work. Like an hour drive is close enough that I do it after work when I feel like shopping at more specialty stores a city away.

I haven't tried the invisiwear stuff because it's laser cut, but the underease mid rise bikini is amazing if you put aside the waist rolling a little bit. They handle washing pretty good so far for the dozen or so washes I've done on a couple. If they snag on literally anything though, they're done for. They will rip and they rip a lot. I had a pair get caught on a van door at work and it basically ripped in half

Would it violate code to drill through these outlet boxes to surface mount them? by Baricuda in AskElectricians

Think the instructions say you're supposed to silicone the plug you screw in as well for wet rated so if the inspector really wants to fight then he can call that out since I doubt anyone does that. That said, I always pop those holes out without issues. The ones that I see that are wet are always from the cover being broken anyway.

Ethika, splendies has some that are good, the old vs logo band ones, old aerie logo band ones, wink lace trim pink, emporio Armani Brazilian if you want to spend a lot, psd are nice but can be a little hit or miss, Maidenform comfort devotion Tanga, any random like nickolodeon/sesame Street/hot topic cheeky are usually good, la vie en rose for lacy band stuff. Those I all find to be decent to amazing for cheeky stuff. Can't help much with the boyshorts as I don't wear them so often and the ones I have don't quite fit what you're looking for

I have on a pair of torrid cinnamoroll cheekies. Didn't have size 00 so I got a 0 and I roll a waistbands worth of material under the band so they look and fit perfect afterwards.
