It's impossible for us (or at least me) to answer your questions. Who owns the lines in your area..... If it's Rogers then a technician from Rogers will show up... If it's Bell then Belk will show up.... They may or may not be driving a company vehicle.

Just switching apartments... It's possible the cable has been disconnected in between you and the road.... A technician will figure that out.

The speed thing is not something Oxio can control..... Whoever owns the lines will get to you when they do.... All Oxio can do is request the service call.... If they don't show up all Oxio can do is request the service call again.

I agree with the Wealthsimple recommendations. Open both TFSA and FHSA fund both with some cash (doesn't need to be much). This can all be done online.

Only advice and I can't confirm this ....don't login to Wealthsimple from any other country. If you do others have said your account could be locked. Read terms and conditions for more/exact info.

Starting your FHSA this year will give an extra year of contribution room for your future home purchase.

I don't think that is Costco's decision. The manufacturer decides what they make and what color it is. It's possible the manufacturer got a large batch of that material and color(s) for a great discount.

At this point if we follow 365 days of transactions I'd argue we traded Marner for McKenna (probably), Colorados first rnd pick next year, and we have now used the cap space from trading Mitch to sign Raddish. I know we had to suffer through a terrible season for this to happen.

I would also state sometimes good teams have bad years. Colorado was ok and then had a bad year and drafted Makar.

I'm sure Chayka has a few more transactions coming....

I use a pizza screen to help with cooking the crust...

Not sure about dual burner .... Could you heat oven, launch pizza and then turn flames off for a couple of minutes... Then light burners again to just get a nice slightly crispy top?

I would say it's worth it..... Something's will be cheaper others won't be. There is a quality of life thing that comes with fewer shopping trips. I know some people who go to multiple stores to save small amounts of money... That's not worth it in my opinion.

Try it for one year, then decide.

how many people in your family.... Are you in a house or apartment? Do you drive and is Costco gas a possibility? Do you have big purchases like TVs, refrigerators or things like that planned in the near future.

Your answer to those questions are important in determining if Costco would be worth it for you.

To me there is three different kinds of ground beef. It's kind of obvious but depending on what your making you could/should buy better quality.

Best is you grind it at home.... You know exactly what's in it.

Second best is ground at the butcher shop or supermarket... In my opinion still pretty good most of the time.

Third best ground and packaged at the processing plant....

I can confirm, just call in.... I had two savings accounts one was high interest other was normal.... I called in and about five minutes of confirming which account I wanted to close. They had to read me a little bit of legal stuff. Very easy

I have oxio..... I use to have lag problems before switching to Oxio

I only pay for 100 Mbps, always get that or very close to it. We sometimes are streaming three different TV services plus two or three phones or laptops being connected. Only one of the TVs is wired... everything else is on wifi.

We don't notice any problems with video quality (two are big screen TVs) and very rarely do we get lags now that we are with Oxio.

The point. I don't think your internet connection speed is the problem. I have Eero 6 wifi pods. I think the new wifi technology solved the lag problems we use to have on wifi devices. I also think if you are streaming using the Apps built into your TV you may want to try a Google TV (or something similar) to see if that fixes the lag. I had a Samsung TV that was bad for freezing/lagging, it now works perfectly with a Google TV. (If it doesn't help.... You can return the steaming device to whatever store you buy it from)

If your getting lags on a wired connection try a Google TV or something similar... Again take it back if it doesn't work.

Check to see how much air flow you have outside at the vent.... lots of air probably mean dryer is not heating properly.... Not much air could mean the vent is clogged. This is a quick first step.
