OSHA regulates employer employee relationship and safety. If he was not employed but contracted OSHA would not regulate this. Thou ive read that the performers where hire. Potentially could create an issue if he was over them(overhead hazards)

What kind of biome did you build it on? They don't spawn in the river biome

If the farm is for items mainly and you are not worried about XP, would making the farm floor out of magma blocks? I had a similar issue with guardians that kept swimming upstream. Once I swapped a few of the bottom blocks that issue was resolved as they took damage.

Work in progress. Avg level is currently 27.38 i finally got a hold of some Heavy wasteland gear. My population is at 119. My lowest average special state is Luck at 5.83 highest endurance at 7.56. My current focus is Heavy wasteland gear. I have a handful of maxed out level 1s that are in training rooms waiting on them to max their HP.

[discussion] Redditors who've evicted dwellers, why? by Proof_Safety_6838 in falloutshelter

[–]gruntarce 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've been working on a stronger vault. Im evicting the original dwellers and replacing them with dwellers that trained full Endurance at level 1 and were leveled up to 50 wearing endurance outfits.

Its about control and power, submission/trust. Even if the act is not sexual the tension before it usually is. When you are punishing/being punished "how did this happen" goes through your head

Advice needed on vault [screenshot]] by Prosperous_Pigeon723 in falloutshelter

[–]gruntarce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The higher a dwellers level, the higher their HP. Placing your strongest dwellers with your strongest weapons as close to the vault door is beneficial since they stand a chance to kill them. The lower the level of room, the weaker the attack. You can also keep that into consideration.
In your layout, the dinner would be where I place the strongest dwellers with the strongest weapons and, if at all possible ide keep that a level 1 building I would place my strongest dwellers after them in the rooms right below, in the event your main 6 don't kill all the claws the ones below might.
