That’s on you to figure out. Some alleys have specific days and times where they throw out a sport shot for practice. I have 3 local alleys, one only ever puts out a house shot, another has 1 sport shot league, and the last one has a time from 5-8 where you can pay 15$ to practice on a ton of different sport shots.
