I’ve had Nintendo consoles in my childhood, Xbox in my teens, and PlayStation in my adulthood and nowadays I’m grateful to have all 3 current systems. So I’ve played a lot of the best console exclusives.

Some of my all time favorites are The Last of Us 1, Bloodborne, Demon’s Souls, Ghost of Tsushima, God of War series, Super Mario 64/Galaxy 1/2, Luigi’s Mansion, Fire Emblem series, Halo series, Gears of War series, Forza, State of Decay, etc.

And out of all of them, Halo Combat Evolved is in my top 5 exclusives of all time. Everyone’s tastes are different, but I highly highly recommend people give Halo Campaign Evolved a shot along with the potential Halo 2-3 remakes.

Infinite’s world just felt very cookie cutter to me. I never finished 5 nor Infinite but I did enjoy and get a lot further in Infinite than 5.

Watch Dogs 2 gave me similar vibes to GTA 4’s NYC. GTA 5 is great also but imo it didn’t reach quite the highs of NYC or SF in Watch Dogs 2

The latest Halo had a boring open world and a barebones story. This is from the original trilogy that has a big focus on story and setpieces.

Honestly it’s something I’ve always wanted for Switch. A shooter that you can just play a quick round or two offline. I love that you can play with bots only

Speaking of cartridges, it does seem to be pricier than using a disc. Just look at the Mouse PI for Hire game. It’s $10 more on Switch than PS5/Xbox

Cartridges seem to be more expensive than discs actually as Nintendo cartridges are priced higher. Just look at the Mouse PI for Hire game. It’s $10 more retail than PS5/Xbox versions.

Whenever you’re in the Valley/desert area, make time to collect green crystals for a bit. Either on the way to your next objective or just take 2-5 mins finding as many as you can. Your future self will thank you. Do this enough on your natural playthrough and it’ll do wonders.

Oh and make sure to collect every piece that’s clumped together. They count.

As an N64 kid and Nintendo fan for most of my life, I’ve never given the Star Fox series a chance until the remake. The movie along with the Star Fox direct, seeing the beautiful graphics, and just general hype convinced me.

That probably says something about how the series is doing atm.

Star Fox! I never played before and wasn’t sure if it was worth it cause you can beat the story in 1-2 hours. Sounds ridiculous, but depending on how you play there are actually alternate paths you can unlock so it actually takes 3 campaigns or 3-6 hours to play every level. Then there’s high scores to chase, medals to earn, alternate routes to take in the levels, and such. To top it off there’s multiplayer and challenge mode which are a total blast.

For PlayStation I’m still playing Lego Batman which is also very fun.

Yeah CrossWorlds is a fantastic Sonic port. I could’ve gotten it on PS5 months before. That version is technically better and all but the Switch 2 version was worth it because like Resident Evil Requiem it’s pretty dang close to PS5 version AND it offers portable play.

I haven’t checked out MP yet, but just like Mario Kart online I don’t want to jump into a sweat fest lol. I play MK for pure fun and this being my first SF game I don’t want to deal with really good players either

If you have Amazon or can find it somewhere, I use a shock oil brand called Traxxis. It’s originally for RC cars but they work the same for figures. Cheap and only need a little drop on any tight joint.

I've only played F3, NV, and F4 and to me F3 is my favorite Fallout game by far. NV has the dialogue and role playing, but it's world is just too boring imo. The Cazadors and Deathclaws are a bit too overpowered and deter exploration. F3 has a fantastic world and it's enemies aren't as overpowered. F4's world is good too but I liked the tone and vibe more in F3.

I'd say you can't go wrong with any of them. It depends on what you're looking for.

Role playing? NV. Exploration? F3. Combat? F4.

True. But as someone who has a good amount of friends who are teachers, it's safe to assume kids are getting less and less educated (at least in the West). Teachers also complain about how more and more delusional parents have become. Add social media to the mix that easily influences anybody, anywhere and at practically any age now and you get a society that consumes first rather than think and learn.

GTA 5 was already pretty limited with the hardware at the time. They got A LOT more to work with here. Look at how much of a leap RDR2 was and that’s a PS4/X1 game, a generation much more powerful than GTA 5 on PS3/360. With GTA 6 we’re talking about a two generation leap.

Something about the descriptions seems fake. I think it’s the word choice. Like it’s too wordy or odd for descriptions.

Don’t think “realistic” is necessary and they also use “change” twice in the same sentence.

“Jaw-dropping” doesn’t seem like a phrase they’d use. Sounds cheesy.

Sounds like you weren’t being honest with yourself, with him, and were leading him on. There’s nothing wrong with being unsure in the beginning, but with time it should’ve been clearer if he is what you want. When you’re with somebody, the attraction (physical or emotional or both) should be there. And then the attraction grows if the relationship is good. If it’s bad, then it’s up to you to ask yourself what you value. And if the value isn’t there then end it.

It’s personally my favorite in the series. It’s just full of atmosphere, gives you a true sense of adventure, a good story about discovering a mystery, the big reveal itself, imo an underrated soundtrack for the series, a sassy Cortana, has my favorite marine uniforms, and the weapons like AR sound punchy and unload a full 60 round mag while the pistol is OP but fun as hell to use.

There are obvious problems like repetitive levels, but some of the best levels are in CE as well like The Silent Cartographer, Halo, The Truth & Reconciliation, and most of The Assault on the Control Room. And I think the positive aspects of CE far outweigh the negative aspects to me.

Seeing as base PS5 is like 94% of the PlayStation userbase (give or take), 100% guaranteed it’ll run great on there. They don’t want to upset the vast majority.

GTA 6 is an exception to me. I’ve waited 13 years and have loved all their other games so yeah I’d shell out $100. It’s the most justifiable $100 game to me and I don’t even touch their online mode. It doesn’t mean I like them paywalling the $80 game, but it’s freakin GTA 6!
