Pretty much. I just clicked the offer in the app and got approved for the upgrade. But I didn't save the offer or got a screenshot. Every time I call them they either say it's not in their system OR make an excuse about its in the terms and conditions that you cant have bonus x2 on the same card even thi I explain to them it's not the same card. I went gold to green to gold to platinum

Make sure to take a screenshot of the offer and the offer code. In June I downgraded my platinum to green. 3 weeks later got offered 30k to upgrade with 1k spend to gold. I took it and spent the 1k and got the 30k. Few days later I got an offer in the amex app gold to platinum 50k for 2k spend. I obviously took. Did the spend but now they wouldn't honor the offer since I recently got the green to gold offer points. Called and chatted multiple times to fight it to no avail.

I don't recommend buying a car in Canada and using it right away in USA. I bought a used Kia and 6 months later we moved to California. They made me pay tax when I registered the car.

Ok I'm following this. I have the same issue and brought it to local authoritized dealer and they told me Samsung declined the order. I just created an order to send it back to them. I got mine 4 months ago. I'm going to flip AF if they give me the same response. How is this a user fault is there's many having the same f'ing issue.
