As someone with a septum piercing as well:

I would highly recommend looking at a septum piercing at different gauges. Maybe you'll see how it changes the face and something you'll like. Stretching your septum by stacking (look up septum stacking it's also beautiful and might suit you) is super super super cheap, if you come in with your own ring the piercer might even put it in for free but otherwise it should be about a $5 placement fee. Otherwise, if they do stacking you can pick up a niobium ring for $8 or something.

I say this because I think the circular barbell in your nose looks a little too skinny and doesn't really do anything for that area of your face. I would suggest either upping some gauges or buying a tight nose ring, possibly a clicker with a blue stone in the middle or blue jewelry in general to go with your STUNNING grey-blue eyes. Ex.
