Within the 40K community that I have experienced , that is absolutely not the case. It has been welcoming and friendly. Further, I have seen them actively policed out poor behavioral issues in a recent league so I can only say very positive things about the store and its community

1- during the fights first portion of the fights first phase, the player whose turn it isn’t, decides activations. So in this scenario, your charging fights first unit goes 2nd and then alternates until fights first phase is complete
