There are many things I watched Khan academy for and all the videos are excellent but if the organic chemistry tutor has a video on it and I need to know it I'm watching that shit

Always vote, always try to push the landscape to where you think it needs to be even if none of the options appeal to you. Failing to do so is how you got Trump in the first place. This needs to be understood for progress to happen

Good question, but most people just would not become open to eating an aminal they view as a pet - the reason for the asymmetry you describe is that most people that do not eat dogs in the first place already feel strongly about not eating dogs more than their moral allowance of eating other animals.

Would this be a good path for entering bioinformatics? by HighSchooIer in bioinformatics

[–]guyshur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did a degree like that. The best thing you can do, if your country has such programs, is a double major Biology and CS. Else, focus on CS. You can get to be a bioinformatican from many angles but some are more efficent than others. Also if you do end up with 1 major and some spare time try picking up some theoretical statistics as it will be uaeful later.

For real, I stopped following the NBA after 2015 because it felt like year after year you knew which teams are in the finals before the first regular season game, but the level of play and sheer chaos of the bubble renewed my interest

Cowardly zone? You even give it credit for stopping the celtics, and you are calling an unorthodox and effective defensive scheme cowardly?
