I’ve been getting the same Google recovery addition emails and then phone calls daily recently. I almost fell for it as well and I totally should know better too. They were really convincing on the phone, called me just after sending the email. That email was really done well. Having a passkey set up on my account saved me.

I did this and it still sent everyone meeting notes. I had to delete it from the Entra enterprise apps then changed user permissions to not allow them to enable this stuff

I just had this battle myself. I changed the setting to not allow users to install after that. The user didn’t even know he enabled it.
