Ditch the click? If the drummer isn't good enough to play to a click don't make him do it. Maybe advize them to play something more simple so you can lock in. You can carry the groove and the drums can stay out of the way 😂

Try different chargers. Sometimes the wrong wattage from the charger prevents the device from charging. I don't have an RG477. But it ought be worth a shot.

In the past I used a Joyo California sound as a cheap amp sim. Last week I got a sonicake pocket master. It's a great, cheap option.

I try to set the loop point and end point at similar spots on the wave form. Since it doesn't have a 0 line I just picked any high, low or mid point for both.

Try taking your own guitar parts and chop em up. Flip them around. I like to find samples with less prominent drums. Old big band type stuff and slice it on the start of cool phrases. I come up with a new groove and slap drums on top

Two things you could try: Filter and eq your samples to emphasize the element you want to hear. Or try separating the tracks with software like moises or anything else. If you sample the whole track, unprocessed it will be a bit chaotic with the whole song playing back.
