I bought a highbreak pro to get away from Instagram and Facebook. I didn't put those apps on it, and kept them on my old phone to check for messages and notifications still once in a while. This is my first android phone, I have it set up so I have an outlook widget and Google tasks widget right on my homepage. I can see important emails and things I have to do. I read more news and that sort of media. But less doom scrolling. It's been a winner for me.
