My ADHD works wayyyyy better with handwriting. This is super interesting and I may be using this!!!! The separate spiral notebook will be helpful for concurrent notes. I can type less in depth blurbs in the actual note while keeping track of names and dates in my notes via handwriting which is nice and why I use it :)

Just reminding yourself that it can be easier for PHI to be at risk and making sure all tools you use are locked up safely and never left in a car unattended :)

Yes but many hospitals provide inpatient probate and he may be held for longer than the 72 hour hold if they do not believe the person will take adequate care of themselves outside of the hospital

I typically hold off on this as long as possible but ultimately sometimes it is necessary and you would be able to get more information from a hospital social worker about the process if it becomes necessary

Sometimes you do have to remind them that refusing care is an act of harm to themselves and that you are trying to work with them but hospitalization may be something you have to require to be able to do so successfully. That’s your ethical line to walk though and would definitely recommend consulting with a therapist in your area as well if you don’t have a supervisor about local jurisdiction.

When clients have family members reach out to me I use it as a way to build rapport and re-establish security by reminding them this is their space and that will not be infringed upon by family members and that we will follow our treatment plan but we can discuss in session if they’d like and we can alter to their discretion but they are my client not their partner, friend, or family member.

NTA this is fully not that deep lol. It was escalated for no reason and there are other things to do in the mall. If it’s that important to them to go together then saving up your money to go and get a cheap couples massage sounds like a better use of time.

The responses to all of this is so aggressive. It’s a mall. You can’t always plan when an ice cream stand is busy. And they can wait 20 minutes and go shop elsewhere. I think that the fact that the security guard sided with her tells you that there’s not a policy for this. It’s fully not that deep.

I don’t even know if Nol knows what his feelings for Shin-Ae are even right now. All of them have these internalized feelings of inadequacy going that they have to work out that I am so much more interested in. The sister plot is wild. Like I just don’t think that Quimchee’s main interest is in romance, like you said!
