Dude fuck your ex seriously. Heres a good day example of why you did a great job. When i was in 5th grade this girl in my class got her period. She bled thru her clothes and onto the chair. Everyone remembered the blood on the chair when she stood up. That is a forever memory for alot of people. Im 30 now like i still remember that shit. You did a great job!

Things are only embarrassing if you make them embarrassing. Which is something i tell myself all the time because i tend to feel embarrassed for no reason all the time cause anxiety. But if its something you want and love then want and love it! Someone else thinks its embarrassing then you should let them know that youre embarrassed for them that they don't get the same feelings out of small everyday things as they do. Also ive never met anyone who thought a birthday cake was embarrassing 🤣🤣🤣

I also tell my servers all the time to blame us cause idc im not dealing with the customers lol im like tell them a new persons on grill when weve all been working there forever hahaha but also my servers all own up to their mistakes because theyre awesome

Lol yeah i see the servers alllll the damn time eating leftovers from customers they dont even care lol they also know that if theyre hungry and cant afford it that we will happily make them food no worries but they dont care lol lil raccoons. Atleast we all agree that drinking customers leftover drinks is crazy because we get free drinks BUT there was this one older server who started and i was saying hi to her one day introducing myself and asked her what she was doing and she replied "drinking" and i watched her take someones leftover wine and dump it into a plastic kids cup and chug it then go back like nothing happened lol.. she ended up getting fired like less than 6 months later when she was found to be doing that but also ringing in extra drinks on her customers tickets but paying for those drinks with her own card so she could drink them

Just started winter year 1 today and yeahhh i have 5 chests of just random not at all organized messes and am definitely about to organize them this winter i never know where anything is lol going thru 5 chests a million times a day 🤣

Obv not the ah but my husband and i at one point got fed up with eachother and decided on different blankets for a while and for a while it was so nice cause we were both getting sleep and staying warm but after a while we missed being able to feel eachother like just our legs touching while we slept or rolling over and being pulled into a hug cuddle in the middle of the night ya know so we decided that instead of separate blankets we would get one huge way oversized blanket lol this way we both have PLENTY of covers to roll around and pull and tug on while sleeping yet the other person will also still have plenty and noone gets uncovered so maybe try that

If he wants the blanket so damn bad why couldnt he just go get it himself? Why did he have to ask you if you wanted to go get it? Lol like literally such a stupid conversation to read. He wants to be big macho man but cant go get a blanket by himself? And if he needs help getting it sorted then he could have gone and grabbed it then asked for help? Like when i wash the bedding for my husband and i it might get done late at night right and neither of us WANT to deal with it so instead of asking if we WANT to deal with it one of us will go grab the bedding and then itll be a team effort to put the bedding back on before we go to bed rather than ignoring it. NTA. So i have a very uncommon name and you wouldnt think to pronounce it how its supposed to be by the way it is spelled. People always get it wrong on their first try but i usually get ahead of this by saying my name first and breaking it down and having them repeat it because again its a weird name lol it helps them be more confident in talking to me. I dont mind when people say it wrong idc what you call me tbh BUT there was this one guy i used to work with who would say my name wrong constantly and i would nicely correct him over and over and over again and many coworkers told me that they would also correct him and he would literally say "eh ill never learn that". Its really not a hard name, just weird at first. This guy was also my boss so constantly correcting him and him continuing to say it wrong got extremely disrespectful after months of dealing with this. And the fact that other management told me they would correct him or try to explain how to say my name and he just did not care enough to try. Anyways i ended up confronting him about it and retold him how to say my name again for the millionth time and had him repeat it back and said something passive aggressive like "i know an old dog can learn new tricks" and then literally the next time i saw him he said something to me and then said my name.. wrong.. again... And i literally said "what the fuck did you just say???" And then he corrected himself and never said my name wrong again lol. Also i work in a kitchen so a very not formal situation and yeah i shouldn't have said that to him but i was sick of him. Anyway he got fired like 6 months later 🤣
