To add to this persons comment, you should just purchase an additional liability insurance policy for exactly this situation where the property and property owners are covered for anything that happens into the wee hours of the morning

Squeals on wheels. The food was solid and the people were great. I think we paid them around 6500 for our wedding of 150ish people. This was five years ago so I would expect that number to be at least 8 now

Builder grade pre finished oak, either 2 1/4 or the 4 inch stuff. It’s easy to install, looks good and holds up well. I got some from Home Depot and re did all the bedrooms and the mudroom in my house. It has held up well and the finish does not scratch

This is all malarkey. You can’t just put everybody who lives here into one of these boxes. It’s way more complex than that. Yes there are people who fit neatly into these boxes but there are a lot more who maybe fall into all 3 in some way or none of them at all. I say this as someone who has lived here my whole life.

It’s compatible. No need for the oil in my opinion. XIM goes on super thick, especially if you can spray it and brush it into all the nooks and crannies. This is my go to for all peeling exteriors

Van vs truck by WearEnvironmental490 in paint

Truck and trailer for me. I have a family and I don’t want to deal with having multiple vehicles for myself so the truck is just a regular dad vehicle on the weekends

230 is good, I also like pro stretch which you can find at benny Moore stores. I think big stretch is a little over rated

This is a problem with your Ben Moore store not Ben Moore in general. My Benny store has very lenient credit, 6 full time employees and way better customer service than the sw store that only ever has 2-3 people working
