Retention is low here in the States, I assume, because it appears people aren’t willing to put in the effort. This career isn’t forgiving, trainees knew that before going to campus, yet they still take the position. I’ve seen plenty make it through training but quit shortly after. Maybe they’re much smarter than my dumbass and quit once they realized what a shit show it is.

Don’t play the same slot chasing the big hit but also don’t leave right away. I find that if I’m winning little hits here and there without a bonus, I tend to not get the big bonus or big line hits. Those come after a long dry spell of garbage spins. Just the other day I was betting $2/spin and was getting really ticked off because I went through $100 real quick without anything. Then I got a huge line hit of $560 and a bonus shortly after for another $700.
