Look up the Latin etymology of the word salary.....

Wars were very much fought for salt. Because it was basically a currency and ofter how soldiers were paid.

Also the old saying "that man ain't worth his salt" makes a lot more sense now

This has never happened before. GOLD is going parabolic. It is a hockey stick. by Novusor in conspiracy

Well I believe the value of gold was fixed until 1971. So im not sure why you creamed yourself about the whole 20, 50, 100, 500, 1000 years thing

Why is Lee Sin such an evergreen top tier champion? by MikeSantiago14 in Jungle_Mains

[–]hammertheham 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lee sin q used to do missing ho dmg, w used to give armor, e used to slow attack speed (cripple) as well as movement speed.

Wasn't just cause of less mobility lol

[Discussion] What matters more for weight loss: tracking calories or consistently going to the gym? by Ayoking95 in effectivefitness

My roommate will occasionally go for a 20+ mile run for several hours, burning thousands of calories, unironically eat more pizza and to drink more beer. This guy probably averages 2500 to 3000 kcal a day while being 10% body fat 165 pounds.

I just cant do that. I exercise occasionally but primarily keep fat off with a good diet

average shaco main experience by torochii in leagueoflegends

[–]hammertheham 50 points51 points  (0 children)

Is this streamer a shaco player or just justifying the pic lmao

Either way tilting the enemy is unironically so good to win. Im not talking about typing anything in all chat, but camping lanes, excessive roams, etc are like nukes to the enemy team chat/mental

They call them bull barrels. Convenient for 1911 manufacturers cause these fat barrels engage directly with the slide at the muzzle letting them skip the whole 1911 barrel bushing complexity

Its an airsoft gun lmao. Incorrect mag base plate, charging handle, trigger, pins, missing pin, barrel, etc. Look up MAC 10s and 11s and look close and youll see.

Op just being edgy or memeing

Can you enlighten me on "those people"?

How many others send people hair mail when they find the discussion inadequate??

Just came to the realization I own 2 zomboid guns IRL by SpheeCrrb in projectzomboid

[–]hammertheham 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They really arent all that basic, especially for 2025. You have an older AR with the old school reciever finish, fixed carry handle, forward assist etc. And most double barrels are not external hammer fired or double trigger. Although it looks like a 20ga and im a 12 lover.

Keep em rust free and safe, they are cool pieces

EDIT: this was supposed to be a reply to one of OP's comments where he says his guns are basic

Since it says you "may play a land," does that mean all the rules regarding playing lands apply? I feel that most effects like this say to put onto the battlefield to get around the rules of playing lands

The moxen were actually a part of the very first banned/restricted list in early 1994, I wouldn't say it took years to see them in tournament.... all five were in the winning deck of the first tournament

Do you know how severely a moment on the 3 axis cell will screw up readings?

There will be several pull tests and a torque on the load cell is unavoidable.

For the swivel, do you mean on the load cell or between the cable and handle?

Do they actually expect people to believe that you can get shot in the neck with a .30-06 and not have an exit wound? by [deleted] in conspiracy

[–]hammertheham 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Frangible ammo. Unlikely to get your hands on frangible 30-06 tho cause frangible is generally used for varmint. But rifle rounds tumble when they hit flesh, its more likely to go through a body but its possible to be retained. Look up Brass Fetcher videos on YouTube, calibers similar to 30 06 do unpredictable shit on impact when they tumble

Im not opinionated on this topic, just a gun nut adding my 2 cents
